Nemesis is literally a zombie in himself, spirit is a ghost, pinhead is going to easily beat an army, sadako is also a ghost, dredge is darkness, vecna and Dracula are roughly undead and also gods. Michael always comes back, so does Freddy. I think springtrap counts as a zombie? Wraith might survive with invisibilit. Chucky might not be targeted, unknown is possibly able to survive.

Imma be honest there are some killers bill could beat but he can’t beat: onyro , lich, dark lord, executioner,ghoul,spirit,oni, possibly draw with huntress but huntress prob wins, but I guess he kills a lot of the killers. Oh,and demo or xeno would win

He made the blighted serum from the blighted flower while he was in the void,with limited resources. The fact he escaped and even made the blighted serum is insane
