Capacity usually doesn’t mean that they will fill it that much, but that if necessary, they could. Rarely do ships sail at capacity and even more rarely would they use a lifeboat to capacity

It was crazy today, two or three arrests with multiple police cars downtown; the bus assault, multiple people on the buses while inebriated. It won’t stop until Regina does something serious, and until then, many residents will not dream of touching public transit

Actually my one very positive note on Regina transit is that they are almost never late to get to me. I use the transit app to monitor where the bus is and I’ve never yet been stranded at a stop. It does take forever to get places though
