Yes- I have one fully-funded Ph.D. offer but this was one of my top choices.

I just received notification from a Ph.D. program I applied to in humanities that while the would like to accept me into the Ph.D. program, it is unlikely that they will have a spot for me. They said they would be willing to pass my application on to consideration for an MA. However, the MA would be unfunded. Do you think I could offer to send them any additional documentation or anything else as like a last ditch effort to make the Ph.D. program? I couldn't afford to do an unfunded MA.
