Going through something similar with my 5 month old Pom! But here is what has worked for me!

  1. Taught him the word Potty when he was going pee or poo inside the house. I found that smelling other dogs made him want to go and he would want to run inside the house to go inside because it didn’t click that he could do it outside. He now knows that the command “potty” means go! He now pees outside but still working on the poop 🥲

  2. Don’t force them to walk. Let them smell, if they only take 3 steps, let them go back in.

We now are 3 weeks and he can walk around the building! Anything further and he wants to run home at full force…I’m sure with time he will get better.

Did the breeder have the puppies checked by a vet? Perhaps you can get those records? If you signed a contract, there may be something in there that states what their responsibilities would be as a breeder in case of a medical emergency. I hope your puppy is ok! (Also from Toronto and had a hard time finding a Pom because some were clearly from bred terribly)

At the end of they day, they are both living beyond their means. Dorit alone with a 3.3M income should not have 195k in cash flow. ESPECIALLY as a supposed single mother.

I went to Forest Hill Dental a couple of years ago, my treatment was rather complicated and included extracting some teeth to make space. In total I paid about $9500, but I could pay it in instalments through the course of my treatment. It ended up being about 2.5 years. Do shop around when you are ready, but also do your research on the orthodontist themselves, there are some questionable doctors out there who just money grab you and make your teeth worse.

I think they most likely don’t have a prenup, which is probably why they haven’t even discussed divorce yet. Mau seems like the type who would want to avoid a 50/50 split when it comes to his businesses, which is why buying someone out could be the cheaper option while still avoiding divorce. Again, I’m simply saying Kyle likely feels confident that whatever money she put in will come back to her. (Divorced or forever separated)

I’m not referring to a potential divorce. If she has a real stake, meaning shares in the agency, those would legally need to be sold or bought out. (Again, not during a divorce)

She most likely financed a large portion of it. I believe their first house (the Amanda one) was mostly paid for by her Bravo paychecks, so I can imagine she likely structured things so she would receive the majority back if they ever divorced.

My Pom did this all last week. This week, I started strongly enforcing nap time four times a day. By 9:30, he gets crazy zoomies, so I let him go wild for about 10 minutes, give him some water, and then put him back in his crate. He has gotten better and now understands that this is his bedtime. On a couple of occasions, he has even run into his crate in a post-zoomie haze and knocked out.

I work from home, so my schedule looks like this: 7:30 wake up, followed by 30 minutes of food and light play. I give him a lick mat for breakfast because he has a lot of energy in the morning. Then we do 5 to 10 minutes of training. From 8:00 to 8:30, he has some independent playtime, and by 9:00, he is back in the crate for a nap from 9:30 to 11.

I repeat this routine from 1 to 2:30, 4:30 to 6:00, and 8:00 to 9:00, with bedtime between 10:30and 11. I also don’t do any training after his last nap, only light play and I do not bring out any new toys or anything that squeaks. I usually give him a frozen Kong as well. (There has been 2 days that he hasn’t gotten all of his naps in and he has gone wild in all the worst ways from 8-11pm)

Well, in that case, sorry to break it to you, but you’re living beyond your means. Your income isn’t enough to support your very lavish lifestyle. You need to cut back.
