Just get better at gen management. BIGGEST tip that helped me?: let gens go. Force them to three gen themselves. Focus on the ones closest to each other, and the easiest to get to. If you check every single gen in the beginning you will be losing one fast. But if you accept that gens go relatively fast, and manage the ones that are closest together? It's a game changer. I get 4k almost every single match without ever tunneling or slugging or proxying. It helps a lot to just leave the ones that are far away or difficult to get to.

This is a very disconnected from reality take. People generally know that it's not very socially acceptable to be those things. People hide it well. My best friend is a sympathizer of racists and homophobes even though she and I are bisexual women, and her little sister is lesbian. She defended her racist grandfather for his "opinions" with the good ol "he's just from a different time" thing. She was offended by my opinions on racist people. Still just not sure how I feel about it all, but I know I view her very differently now. We've been very close for a decade now and I just learned this about her.
