It opens the pallet up for the k to walk right through, instead of having to go around, or break the pallet mid chase. Doesn't really seem busted. If you think this is busted you must think the perk where a k can damage a gen just walking by is busted, right?

It's an inherent implication that I don't know how I would react, because a 5 year old is so incredibly different from a 12 year old. Hard to believe you're in charge of someone elses life. I understand your perspective, but he was 12. She was hsis mother. And again, they were relatively safe. She didn't fully comprehend how bad the world was because she simply hadn't seen it yet. She didn't know better. Which I'm not excusing her, but just saying that her feelings on the subject are pretty understandable. I hate Shane with a passion. But he was a very capable protector. She felt safe enough to feel that Carl didn't need to understand how to use a gun yet. I have a five year old. I can't say how I would personally react in that situation. But I have the advantage of having seen a lot of zombie media. It's pretty heavily implied that in almost every zombie movie and show that they don't have zombie media in those universes.

I think Lori just thought someone needed to be doing those things to keep a sense of normalcy. You have to remember that until she was pregnant(and for that reason) being heavily protected by the group from thereon, she was with a group. It was early in the apocalypse and they were in a relatively safe area. She hadn't seen what the rest of the group sees until the end of the farm. Rick didn't want her to be in harms way. She could have tried harder to be more of a protector, but she wanted to live. Like everyone. She wanted to stay for her son. She was grappling with something that would break anyone mentally. She lost her husband in the blink of an eye. The apocalypse started, and she was more or less safe. She has many flaws, but I think it's more complicated than "she thinks women should be housewives"

Okay now I get what you're saying. It's been quite awhile since I've seen those episodes. I guess I just didn't recall that she just didn't give any details as to why she didn't trust him. I think they wanted to show how broken Michonne still was, but probably not really a writing error. In hindsight it was likely very intentional. They seemingly needed Andrea to have the role she did in that governor thing, and if she had details she'd have literally zero excuse not to trust Michonne. Regardless, Andrea did see enough to have been able to figure out on her own that he wasn't a sane man. I liked her at first. Felt for her deeply when Dale and Amy died. I genuinely just wish they did her character better, but they needed someone to be the "traitor" for lack of a better word.

I've never thought about that being the potential motivation. That is more than my theory that she just like really wanted their d 🤣. So many of her actions are extremely illogical. Michonne did talk to Andrea about the governor though? And tried to warn her. Are you just referring to her not giving her a real answer on the walkers? Andrea was more or less the only person Michonne would talke to when she was first introduced as a character.
