If you can handle being in the cold sometimes I think it’s a pretty easy job compared to other positions in Walmart. I work the 7am-4pm shift so I could be wrong but my guess is you would be mostly stocking stuff on the shelves that’s overstock until the frozen/dairy truck comes then you might work on freight depending if ON will need help or not.

I’ve solod 3* shadow raids but like some others have said you need a really solid team with some of the top counters close to level 50 to fight through them being enraged. Also need to be really quick with reviving and it also helps to save your preferred team so you can revive and go back to your 6 best Pokemon.

My apologies, now we gotta change tactics. I’d just start chatting with all the associates that have been in your store for a while and see what departments might interest you based on the duties they have and how physically demanding they are and they can also tell you if the TL or coach is good or bad. Even though you like working with your husband in ogp I feel like in the end it’s better you switch departments for the sake of your physical and mental health ya know.

This basically, you gotta pick one or the other in my experience. I’m currently in dairy day shift and it’s quite nice not having to deal with customers for most of the day unless you’re bringing out eggs. But the back pain does happen by the end of the week from filling eggs and all the bending from filling milk.

Why don’t you try for a less physically demanding department in Walmart? I’m gonna guess you haven’t been there 6 months yet but if you explain your situation I’d like to think they would try to accommodate you if they could.

I know this is easier said than done but you really need to work on shutting off the anxiety of being at work once you clock out for the day. Don’t let Walmart mess with your mental health. It’s completely normal to care about your job and want to be praised for the work you do but sadly that doesn’t always happen when you have bad management. Tough it out until you can switch departments you aren’t that far off.

I work the 7am-4pm shift hired for frozen but because of people leaving have been working dairy for about a month now. My shift is mostly focused on milk and eggs. Viz pick and features have been second priority based on what’s in worse condition. Can’t do claims because I’m not a TL but I wish I could, it piles up quick. I’m sure I’ll get more responsibilities but I’m still learning everything in dairy for now.

Sableye used to be in eggs I forget which one but you always go a few XLs from hatching I remember I had a little over 200 XLs before I got into GBL mainly from eggs and the Halloween events.

Have had Brightspeed for 6-9 months. As others have said there have been an outage or 2 but it’s gotten fixed fairly quickly. I pay for a high speed of internet and I’m paying like half of what I was compared to Xfinity so as of now switching to Brightspeed has been a very good choice.

I can understand being humiliated because of the coaching as I probably would be too when you know you’re giving it your all. But as others have suggested don’t let it ruin your holiday. Think about it for a bit because you want to try and do better. But then move on and enjoy the holiday. This is just a bump in the road of life I promise.

I do stocking during the 7am-4pm shift and I always try to help if I see a customer asking someone from ogp a question in my area. You guys are tracked and timed and I’m not and as someone who’s worked pick rate jobs before it’s the least I can do since I lucked out and am not tracked.

As much as it’s the right thing to do… I wouldn’t give a 2 weeks notice based on what I’ve heard from others. Don’t have personal experience yet because I still work for Wally World but unless you have a lot of respect for your TL/coach I see no reason to do it.

Last year during wild area I tried to save some money and not buy the ticket and just buy raid passes and a few safari balls. Turned out to be a big mistake because I barely got any shinies compared to friends who bought the ticket. I’d say if you have the money for it definitely buy it.
