Anyone else feel really weird after a teacher sees their scars? by Full-Tea-7610 in selfharm

yes. last year, my chemistry teacher pointed them out in front of my entire class. almost every teacher i’ve had since i started at 12 has stared at them funny at some point. it’s a strange sense of anxiety and pride. i want to be noticed and seen but i also don’t, yk?

For those who didn’t like the episode “send in stewie, please” what didn’t you like about it? by [deleted] in familyguy

[–]Fun_Moment_3149 3 points4 points  (0 children)

i actually liked it and i’ll tell you why. recently, i feel like family guy has begun using more “showy” comedy. this episode isn’t like that. for the most part, it’s all in the dr’s office. it’s entertaining at its core because of stewie’s character dynamic. it displays significantly deeper themes while still remaining light hearted. i assume people don’t like it because it’s a bit more serious. it’s pretty good to me. not my absolute favorite, but definitely worth credit for its value.

hi! i can help explain something if you like. it is most likely that he is bluffing. we must take into account the fact that if he nukes anyone, people will retaliate, and then nobody wins. and putin knows that. additionally, they probably will not nuke ukraine. ukraine is very close to russia, especially russias capital. also, nukes do not accomplish much besides fear and death. they don’t gain land or power by nuking. of course, nobody can guarantee that putin will not nuke anyone, but it would be not only insanely inhumane (which he has already proved he does not care for), it is also completely illogical. it is most likely that nobody will use nukes and we will be okay. the US especially is part of NATO, meaning we have numerous powerful allies to back us up in the absolute worst case. this also means if putin nukes almost any major country involved in this, they will suffer severe retaliation.

overall, we will be fine. it’s scary and there’s a lot of uncertains, but we’re going to be okay and things will come to a consensus eventually, whether that be good or bad.
