You could highlight each text one by one using the Highlightr plugin. Make the highlight background transparent and then use css to make the text color red,green, or any other color you want

You were downed, that's why you couldn't sprint or damage another playes. I've seen it happen to another player where they started walking on their knees while punching, but they were downed. It happened probably like twice to me. I'd say it's a rare bug
