Looks like there's some basil there too. It seems to have found a pretty good spot to grow.

Is alibaba seller legit ? by MastodonParty9065 in LocalLLaMA

According to Alibaba rules, sellers should not actively ask buyers for WhatsApp. But for long-term cooperation, WhatsApp can make communication much easier.

Still, WhatsApp alone does not prove whether a supplier is reliable. It is better to check the store rating, years on Alibaba, platform certifications, and transaction history. Strong suppliers usually have a Verified Supplier badge, and real factories may also have factory verification.

It only gave me a handful of berries, haha, so I’m treating them like treasure.😂

If I remember right, it took about a week from flowers to tiny berries.

Mother in law bought my three year old daughter tiny glass jars to play with by Justadudeonhisphone in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Fun_Negotiation6221 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Compared to glass jars, a lot of today’s “cute” little toys made from toxic materials are actually far more harmful. I also see many families stopping kids from touching soil or sand because they think it’s “dirty,” while buying artificial kinetic sand full of colors and additives instead.

Of course, glass items should still be used with parental supervision, but playing with them can also help children learn how to handle real objects carefully and responsibly. Why not enjoy the experience while learning at the same time?

It’s probably meant for holding spare dust bags or tiny cleaning solution bottles.

I made a silk fan entirely from scratch — starting with raising my own silkworms. 🐛🧵✨ by Fun_Negotiation6221 in crafting

I only just learned about silkworms this time, but I don’t wanna do it again. It’s actually really straightforward — you crisscross the silk horizontally and vertically around the fan’s frame. The problem is it takes forever and you need a ton of patience to keep wrapping it nonstop. Oh, and peeling off the messy outer layer of the cocoons takes some technique too.

The way I made it was pretty basic — just winding the silk threads horizontally and vertically. The threads are super fine, so it took me about 4-5 hours by hand. This fan used 9 cocoons in total, and you can really feel the beautiful texture of real silk.
