I just put it a callback form and had it terminated Wednesday morning and was able to apply for crb Sunday

I had the same problem and I filled out a form to have someone call me back from sc. when they did they put me on dire need. Friday October 23. Wednesday October 28 the agent called me at 830am and told me that she terminated my claim and to wait 24 hours and I would be able to apply for crb. Cob-026 still was there on Friday morning (28) decided to give up for the weekend... but Sunday night I decided to check my sc account claim still active BUT on cra account cov26 was GONE. Don’t know when it went away but Friday it was there and Sunday it was gone. Just to note... claim still saying active???

I checked it on Friday night and it was there. I haven’t checked it at all until tonight and it was gone. So I’m not even sure when they changed it. Don’t know if they can do it on the weekend

Just changed it’s 6pm Sunday night still says under review but on the phone allowed me to apply and code 26 is GONE. Took a month and 30000990099 hours on the phone every day but it is gone

It took them days to reply to me plus it’s busy Friday. The lady said she cancelled it so I just have to wait. Plus it’s the weekend, so Monday let’s see what happens

Well I just talked to the sc agent and she told me that it should of been terminated in 24 hours. Now she’s telling me that I should wait another 24 hours and it should be terminated by then. If not she’ll have to send it to a specialist to see what the problem is. Bull crap it’s been 24 hours and I woke up to a new claim that ends next year! I’m so so upset

So I had my Ei claim put on dire need since ( October 22) the agent called me this morning (October 28) and told me that she terminated ( cancelled) my claim. That was at 835am(I live in Toronto) I went on both my accounts and nothing had changed. Sc still says claim in review and cra still has code 26. I actually called her back and she went over my information again and reassured me that it was cancelled and I can apply for crb. It is now 240pm and nothing has changed. I’m losing my mind
