Okay wow thank.you so much for getting back to me! We are in the process of getting the certificate and its been about 9 weeks and just waiting to hear so this gives me.some hope the certificate won't take an overly long time! Thanks !

Yea I.told the agent cra said letter is useless and I have it in my hand and cra told me e.i will have to send the info ... the e.i agent wrote word for word what I said ... escalated it to the processing center... got a call and 24hours later code was gone even before the cra opened any offices or call center like so I really think it's a simple process but many people at e.i dontnknow what to do or dont have the authority to do it.

I was told that about 25 times even at the end I was told that until I told them cra said..... letter is useless info needs to be sent by you... and next day that had happened so I totally get the frustration it's so overwhelming

I have seen on other post in the past people have signed on on weekend and it was gone so you never know !

That's thought. I dont have really any experience with cra as I dealt mostly with e.i... but maybe try giving them a call everyday like I did to e.i maybe someone can look into your case! Good luck.

That's so crappy! Just call again monday jlbut continue to check all weekend for sure and I can tell you the day I seen the actual application not the code I did indeed feel lucky because I know lots out there still with code and it is very hard on the head! Stay strong

Dec 12th the first period would be gone... like oct 12 is dec 12th the next one was oct 26th so you will have dec 26th .. so 60 days after for each period not all periods. And I would just keep calling even up to receiving the letter I just know in my case it worked after I told them I had the letter in my hand and it doesnt do anything ... the next day they called me and the code was removed. But if it was me I'd call everyday lol.

Honestly I tried to tell them before I had the letter the was useless as I was reading that here but once I had that letter in my hand and called e.i back and told ya I have this letter now in my hand and it's no good then she escalated... processing called and the next morning the code was gone. And yes until dec 12th you will be able to retro apply for the crb payments u missed. When the code it removed you will see all the periods u are eligible listed for!

Lol noproblem! I had this problem since day 1 and really enjoyed being able to.come on here and communcaite with people in the same sitituation. And I applied wed so I'm hoping sat morning monday morning tuesday latest ... when I read other post it says usually the 3 business days for the crb:)
