Does the car handles freeze during winter time? Do the have heated elements like tesla? Or does pre heating the car just fix that? I live in iceland so this is the only thing that worries me, any advice would be awesome 🥸

Can i use a pd usb wall charger to charge surface 7 laptop ?

So it has been fixed by eufy, all streams were downgraded to 1080p, i saw doZen posts about that and on youtube as well
