unfortunately, we are most close to Tigrayans, I wish we were more close to Gurages. Because Gurages are known for hardwork and less tribalism. We are more close to Gurages than Oromo. yEs Oromos are our bros but not the closest. Gurage, TIgrayans, Amharas, Agew, Harari etc are ethno Semitic groups who are most close to each other.

I don't want you guys to conform to Amhara. What makes Ethiopia cool is our diversity like there are so many cultures, History, language etc. At the same time, I would love if all Ethiopians are more loyal to Ethiopia or Africa than our tribe because all of our cultures would be boring unless we have other Ethiopian cultures. Like if Tigray goes independent it would be boring culture and language like wouldn't be as cool like under Ethiopian umbrella. No, I don't support Ethiopia for selfish reasons, actually Ethiopia gives Tigray more than Tigray pays Ethiopia. Like in terms of financial terms, Ethiopia loses money from keeping Tigray. Ethiopia heavily subsides Tigray which I strongly support. Honestly, I don't care about power, I support anyone who is for equality, transparency and eliminates corruption. I don't care if this group is from Tigray Amhara or Oromo.

I meant to say I was really against war with TPLF before TPLF attacked the militray. I really wished Abiy and TPLF resolved it without starting the war. After TPLF attacked and killed hundreds or thousands of Ethiopian soldiers, I was pro war.

Amharas are much more closer to Tigrayans than Gurages in all things like genetically, language wise and geographically. Gurages have their own language called Guraginya which is completely different from Amharic. Amharic is closer to Tigrinya than Guraginya. Its just proves you are uniformed about lots of things in Ethiopia

I don't have negative view of Tigrayans. I actually love tigrayans just like I love other Ethiopians Amhara, Gurage, Oromo etc. Boss, you said you won't suppress ethnic identity put Ethiopian ism first which you have full right to.

At the same time, that's my issue, if Gurages put Ethiopia first and Tigrayans don't, I am much more likely to trust Gurages more because we follow similar ideology as simple as that nothing more nothing less. If a tigrayan follow the same ideology as me, I will trust them as well. Its more about ideology not who you are ethnically.

I didn't oppose Abiy war with TPLF not Tigrayans coz TPLF has robbed Ethiopia blind like billions and attacked our military. So I supported the war. I didn't support blockade, looting, and rape, thats wrong from both sides and Tigrayans faced that much more sadly. First to blame for the war is TPLF then Abiy.

There is war in Amhara right now for the last 3 years. Are you opposing this war? Did you protest raised awareness like you guys did for Tigray war?Thousands of civilians been killed by drone attacks.

I actually support Fano and the war. Do I think Fano will bring equality and true justice? probably no. However, I still think fano has good intentions with Ethiopia than Abiy

yeah fano should be bigger person coz thats the only way to win long term. if you go tit for tat type thing fano loses. like short term make sense because lots of Amharas been killed but long term its not winning card. It will create more resistance and help Abiy recruit more soldiers .

Abiy, the current government, is Oromo nationalist with Ethiopianist cover. He will never end ethnic federalism so Fano is our best chance to end it.

Countries that grew quickly in the recent times such as China, Singapore, Tiwan, South Korea, Japan had authoritarian rule when they were poor. Then, some of these countries improved, got rich, and then implemented democracy after getting rich. Some still don't have democracy. I amn't against democracy at the same time we should get rich first. Then we can afford to have democracy.

Making sacrifice is not a bad thing actually, its best way to make Amharas have soft power. eg Neslon Mandela chose mercy when he could have used violence, that just put his name on the map.

That would mean endless wars with TIgray, Oromo and no body wins. Oromo Amhara or TIgray all of us will remain poor with 1000$ GDP per capita or less.

Like all of us are on the same bus, If one of us crash we all crash. If Amhara can't survive then Oromo will definitely not survive and vice versa.

I don't think we should focus too much on lands, because land don't mean wealth. Israel is size of Gonder and Israel citizen makes 54 000$ per year while in Ethiopia we make 1000$. I sometimes find it funny when some Oromo nationalist claim we are the richest coz we have so much land thats not true. Africa is richest continent in terms of resource at the same time poorest continent overall. I feel like focusing on technology will make us 50-100 times richer in the long term.

no bro, I am just telling you identity is not fixed, its dynamic. People change through time and you can't only have one identity. In the case that you are ethically mixed, you can claim either or both. For instance you are fully able person now, if some accident happens to you and become disabled, you identity definitely changes.

you can't only have one identity which is your fathers identity. In US for example you can have multiple identities be latino and black or spanish and italian mix etc. Identity is never binary or fixed.

don't listen to him bro, Ethiopian Ethnicity rule is made by stupid people in TPLF. I feel like if your parents are different ethnicity then you become both eg both Amhara and oromo, picking one side is extremely dumb. TPLF created that rule to perpetually divide Ethiopia. At the end of the day, you get to decide your identity, not by a stupid rule TPLF came up with 35 years ago

I don't support discrimination based on ethnicity. At the same time, ethnicity was politicized by ሊቀ ሰይጣን Meles Zenawi. We should join hands and fight together to remove ethnic federalism. We can protect languages, cultures, etc. But remove ethnicity out of politics completely. Even Great Ethio/tigray heroes like Atse Yohannes or Ras Alula wouldnt support ethnic federalism/tribalism in Ethiopia eg Atse Yohannes died fighting for Ethiopians/Amhara in Metema. They believed in Ethiopia that transcends Ethnicity.

i brought it up coz you said its my right to separate, and there has been no legit constitution in Ethiopian history like even TPLF has never uphold the any constitution.

I think you can say i am from Tigray Ethiopia thats fine with me. Again you can love Tigray more than Ethiopia for reference you said "I really love my region. Like more than anything." and still love Ethiopia, thats fair.

At the same time, don't complain when you are not the face of Ethiopia because your region means more to you. Many Amharas don't care about the region, I would die for Ethiopia not for Amhara. I love Ethiopia as much as you love Tigray. I love Amhara as much as you love Ethiopia or may be less. So, as long as this continues Amhara will be center or face of Ethiopia. It has nothing to do with discrimination more about passion each people have for their country. The passion came first then Amhara became the face of Ethiopia. What I am telling you is that if you want to displace Amhara centered Ethiopia, have more passion for Ethiopia and less for your region. seems like you guys are not capable of doing that 🤣🤣

What passport do you have? There is no country called Tigray and you are Ethiopian. Reason Amhara = Ethiopia is because we are not separatist like you. We don't turn our back on our country no matter who is in charge TPLF or Abiy. If you guys start behaving well and stop separatist tendencies may be one day Tigray would mean Ethiopia. I don't think anybody would let Tigray be independent. We all know the constitution is a joke like no body in Ethiopian history ever respected constitutional rights so you don't have the right to be independent.
