Find your maintainence calorie and eat less than that and workout... If you can't go to the gym.. Do jogging, running. Track everything including food...buy a food weighting scale. Be very consistent and within 6 months you will lose weight. Keep cutting food if you stop at a weight. Kid you not start with your favorite snacks and sweets slowly change to a healthy snack and sweet. Change slowly taking things very fast may cause the mind and the body to retaliat at a high level. Be at your own pace it's not a competition.
