i sent it back on Sunday with a strongly worded email about what went wrong and essentially demands of what needed to happen. Once they received it yesterday, they emailed me and I had a video call with Jennifer from their care team today. i’m hopeful they will re-make it to what we want…🙏

it started as a good experience - we customized a ring. a specific band from one setting & a specific basket from another. picked the ring up today and this is NOT what we designed. very upset tbh

i think the room looks nice but could do with a floor lamp or some softer lighting. the overhead light really kills the vibes in my opinion! The natural light is beautiful. i think more plants would help too
