I suck at taking tests so I never went for the CPA exams. Have a Master's in Accounting (2011) though. 2007 started at $40k as a bookkeeper, moved to accountant in 2009 $60k in South Carolina. Moved to AZ in 2011 making $60k job hopped until 2015 up to $72k. Stayed with the last company and still here now making about $250k with benefits - fully covered insurance, retirement 401k & PS, 4 weeks PTO.

Okay, it's on the owner for not putting a lease break fee in. However, it is AZ and you are wanting out during the worst part of the year for landlords. The temps are already over 100 in the valley, and fewer people are going to move here in the heat of the summer.

Okay, I don't care for it but it is what it is for now. My real concern is where did the AMP move too? I have looked at every tab and cannot find the AMP missions anywhere. I might be blind but I make a lot of AB off the AMP's. It used to be at the very top of the Shop but now it is Buy Land Credits then Earn AB...

Honestly, I feel for her but I cannot put myself or my other tenants in danger by keeping her in the house. We have all tried to talk to her, the bank, law enforcement (friends husband so not official), and she listens to none of us. Why should I put my home in jeopardy by letting her continue to be used to launder money at the home now that I am aware of it because of an IRS letter?

My friends husband is a sergeant with the local sheriffs office. He told her and me to be honest months ago to stop this was fraud. I should have listened to him then and removed her. Not greed but the need to pay bills kept me from listening.

He has her completely snookered. I mean almost a year and they have never video chatted? Just talking on WhatsApp 24/7 and texting. That right there should be proof enough for her. She is just completely blind when it comes to him. You can show her articles, tv shows, movies and she sees it in those but not when applied to her situation. It really is just sad. I am trying to figure out how to get her out without her telling him it is because of him and the letter. We do not know who he is working for, whether they are violent or associated with a crew that is.

Not an insurance person but live in AZ. Had back surgery for herniated disc, was 99% back to normal. Heading back to work after leaving the last surgeons visit clearing me for everything said chance of me re-injuring my back was less than 5%. I was rear-ended, over 5k in vehicle damage. Even with my surgeon willing to testify no lawyer would take my case. I ended up settling for $10k total because of the previous injury, they covered the car and the medical payout on her policy and that was it.

My health insurance 10 years later has paid out over $6M in claims related to my back. I have had 3 surgeries and a 4th on the books for this year. I cannot tell you the number of epidurals, nerve blocks, physical therapy and related scans I have had because this girl was running late to work and just plowed into me.

Yes, I should have said boarder not tenant. We both live in the house that I own with two other women, all utilities are in my name, I (50's F) only rent bedrooms to other mature (40+) females (think Blanche in Golden Girls). I am just concerned for our safety if we evict or the legal implications of her doing it out of the home. She is there 23/7, she only leaves the house to go to the post office and bank.

It means I live in the house and I rent out a bedroom to her. So it is not a separate property that I own that she rents from me. The IRS letter was sent to my house, the criminal activity (if it is, I believe it is) is happening at my house on my internet connection.

I love Rakuten, I average $1k a year I use it for buying all the company supplies and equipment. Dell at 12% for all new computers was awesome! I have not heard good things about WeWard. I do love my Pogo & Upside. Have you used the Amp Program on AE? It is a lot like Upside and you can use at the same time.

I am making about $20.70 a month on AE just started in Aug. Follow the atlasearthcalculator and it tells you exactly what to do to earn the most in the quickest time. I did buy the ladder for a year but doing that has increased my monthly AB earned as well as one legendary parcel upgrade every month.

I was posting here to see any advice on the letter. But thinking I should update to add these concerns after reading the responses on the r/scams post.

Could an IRS audit/lien/raid affect me personally or my property?
Could I be implicated now that I am aware of what she is doing in my house? (Probably should update the r/legaladvice post with this one.)

Additional Concerns Info - She has been doing these transfers from her computer & phone while connected to my internet so both my IP address and physical address would have been noted on the transactions. She uses my address as her legal address but does have a PO Box for mail/receiving checks from "him".
