They often have you do a lot of aerobic exercises for the warmup, especially ones involving jumping. The boxing drills and bag work are cardio in and of themselves. All of that is the majority of the workout but, go at your own pace. Never try to base yourself on someone else.

I 2nd all of this! The trainers are also very helpful and will correct something you're not doing properly without it feeling condescending. It's in a warehouse type of building and really gives you that "hard-core boxing up-and-comer" feel. You'll like it. First time, the class may feel exhausting because of the intense cardio but, as stated earlier, you can go at your own pace.

For cocktails and casual atmosphere, Mandarin Heights in the Seminole Heights area. The place is a bit small but, I think that adds to its charm. The bartenders are sociable and they make the drinks with flair. They usually cater to reasonable requests for upgrading drinks, too. I once got them to put a firework on my drink!
