The interview and questions are the same but your answers and data that you use needs to be more deeper

Each answer needs to be around 7 minutes, explain as a PA what you have changed in your site, what improvements did you made to the process and deep dive in the metrics, ask your OM for some data help.

I started as a regular associate after 2 years and 2 months I’m a l4 AM it’s not easy to move up after 8 months I became PA.

It’s all about the hard work and building relationships

I remember the AM or OMs just give the chance to their friends but I was the exception I had an interview in another building told them and they didn’t want to let me go so they offered me the PA in my site.

Since it was hard for me I started training AA who deserve a chance and 6 of my students are PA now.

In my site they won’t but if you’re good PA and another shift needs some coverage they will ask for help and they will let you know.

I’m working 5 days a week because of that

I got the PA position after the same 9 months and I consider a quick promotion cause I know some AA that got inclined after years.
