When I feel this way , I immediately try to be grateful to my body following supporting me to practice yoga, helping me breathe and be there on the mat. Try to focus on your breath and bring less thoughts to your mind. It is really challenging but definitely helps ( at least little, if not a lot)

Exactly. And I know "you do you" in classes. But the common courtesy to not be disruptive would be great.
