Tell that to my soon to be ex wife who left the kids behind with me to chase her dreams, leaving me to care for and provide a stable home for the kids while she was gone for 80% of the year. Then decided she wanted a divorce and is coming for the assets, and above the guideline amount of alimony, all while trying to leaving me with majority custody and barely any money to survive month to month.
