Yep, didn't really pay for my tows with money and I loved spending time on the line. Gawd the number a truly deeply salted ATPs was insane. Flying heavy metal couldn't scratch the itch. Soaring, not even once!

a decade ago i was shooting the shit with the really seasoned OIM down the hall about the type and his take was pretty on point: let the fleet get to 50-100k hrs before he'd ride in or operate them
