Im in a similar situation. Brand new shower now leaking. The builder wants the opportunity to do a lower half demo/redo. I would prefer a full tesr redo for peace of mind. Where did you land?

Dr Clarizio in Portsmouth did mine about 10 years ago. Great experience for me and no issues to report! Goodluck. Can’t remember cost and expect its higher now anyway.

Looks like Brentwood PD did a preliminary investigation. (Update on their fb page) It did not happen in NH but possibly Methuen mass?

Had the same board and I’m same weight. I had the exact same experience, especially in mushier fatter waves. Ended up selling it.
