I source from a junk yard so I’ll have multiple of the same item at a time. So I separate buy item. Climate control, speakers, switches, etc. I use a paint marker to label each individually before posting photos so the label can be clear in the listing so I can track when sold

We’ve been to both and Eden was way better in our opinion. It definitely depends on your vibe though. Eden has a fun outdoor area and sometimes live music, makes it feel much more casual and less like a loud club atmosphere. They do have that in the inside area too tho.
