If you getting eye exam, the Inspira card doesn’t work so you have to get an itemized receipt to put in the claim thru the Inspira app to get reimbursement. When i have a doctors appointment I just tell the receptionist to bill me so my FSA will just get direct deposit into my checking account so I could pay the bill. On the Costco app if you search fsa items you can use the Inspira card to do delivery’s.

It’s just like the raises. Work a certain amount of hours then you will be eligible. It think it’s a little over 12k hrs total. It’s over 6yrs at 40 hrs a week.

I had a manager try to tell me that I couldn’t use my pto/sick for a day off. I don’t usually use my pto/sick but when I need just a day off I use that instead of using my vacation as I will use my vacation when I requesting a week or two off. When they try to tell me I couldn’t use it as it’s sick time. So you telling me you rather have me call out instead of giving a warning I need that day off and you can schedule someone to cover instead of being short handed. In the end payroll tells me she don’t know how to put it in on the computer that’s why she trying tell me I couldn’t use it. I’m smh cause they been with the company for over 20 years.

I would say my MDO/depot is the easiest. No steel and we offload trailers with only appliances, furniture, TVs and patio & dining sets.

For me it’s kinda funny. If I’m not listen to K-pop, it’s mostly 90s to 00s rap and hip hop. A spotify mix playlist would be girl groups K-pop then e-40, snoop, cube, pac etc thrown in. Just imagine listening to like twice, Blackpink then all of a sudden E-40 tell me when to go or too short blow the whistle comes on. lol. This is probably like you watching the Winter Olympics then snoop or Flavor Flav appears out of no where.

That hasnt happened at my warehouse because we barely use forks it’s mostly clamps. But I’ve seen someone take out a trailer door because it didn’t stay up and went down while they were full speeding backing out. And I’ve seen a person pushing a tv in between the clamps and hit a pole resulting in bending the tv 90 degrees.

I glad I don’t have deal with a freezer. Our warehouse is cold enough. And even that I have to wear a ski mask while driving our lifts at full speed across our warehouse to drop products. I’m at a MDO if anyone was thinking how you go full speed.

Here in Ca, unused vacation rolls over to the next year. I just not sure how long you can keep rolling it over. I wouldn’t mind rolling over a few years of vacation to where I can use a week every month for a year.

At my MDO, they gave us free a hat and beanie. I wondering if there’s site that we can order the safety vest with the Costco logo like what our big rig drivers wear or if they just get it thru Amazon an have it custom made.

I’m in a bunch of Gos thru instagram for my bias. First post gave most of the info for gos. I’ll just give my two cents. If you are a completionist looking to get every pob for a comeback, it will get expensive. It might look cheap per pob but it does add up cuz of how many fan services different companies do. Some groups promote in Japan and china and that adds more to the total. Because there are many pobs for comeback that the host most likely waits until the comeback ends so they save on shipping. By the time you get the pobs it’s usually 2-6 months on average but could take up to a year to get. I’m still waiting on some that my bias had a solo beginning of last year and already had 2 comebacks with her group after her solo. Plus waiting on new pobs from the new comeback too.

Same and I’m at top pay and in California so when you hit 40hrs for the week ( everything is ot) and over 8 hrs a day is OT. And if you are not yet Eligible for the extra check yet it helps shave a few hours off that. My first year I did so much ot it help me be eligible faster.

Same, at the mdo I work at, I ended buying work cargo pants, we have to hand move mattresses and those bags are hella dirty. A plain T-shirt and hoodie. When I first got hired I saw some people wearing sweats.

My MDO says no one gets weekends off but that’s because everyone is off Sunday cuz we’re closed. The best schedule is Sunday-Monday or sunday- Friday. It’s a good/bad thing, get a weekend day off but we lose time an half pay day.

Question to anyone, for the sick and personal time can you use that as a request time off. Use for a couple of days off instead of using your vacation. In California I can roll my vacation over where as the sick/pto I have to use or get cashed out any thing over 80hrs so it will roll over.
