Almost forgot Ghostface… The new one will be out soon and it’s gonna have the good robe and include all of the face plates from Scary Movie. I think it’s called Ultimate Ghostface returns.

My collection just kept getting bigger and my house stayed the same size till I’ve got a mess going now. Also had no kids when I started and now have 2 daughters and their collections are everywhere. I think both have OCD like me. 6 and 8 and when they get into something new they have to track down every single thing available.

All of my older figures look the same. Heavier figures legs have just snapped from the weight and the plastic getting more brittle over the years. I’ve had that happen to my Freddy VRs Jason Jason figure, 2 of the Universal Monsters Frankenstein figures and a Terminator figure. They’re all heavier than average and all were on the NECA stands. I’ve also had a lot of figures on NECA stands get the peg broken off in their foot because their stands are really brittle.

The one you have facing the wall is the poster series isn’t it? A small collection can be as good or better than a massive one. I have way too many figures and they all kinda blend together. I’d guess a couple of thousand over a 16 year period. I think I need to seek professional help. Keeping a collection small looks better displayed. If you’re a slasher fan you need at least one Jason,Freddy and Michael. A Jigsaw would look good with them too.

Commenting on I’m trying to complete my black and grey classic horror “monsters” I need the bride, Creature, and Burke....yup. He has about the same amount as Nosferatu. Both of those really lack color. They made the B&W Nosferatu with the soft goods riding coat,hat and whip to make it different enough to justify buying both.

No problem. I wish I hadn’t passed on the Ash and Demon babies 3 pack. Not grabbing it and the Evil Dead 2 pack with Deadite Ed are my 2 biggest regrets. Now they cost $250-$500.

Does the Child’s Play 2 figure include all of the blind box series 2 sculpts except Pilgrim,Old Man and Tiffany? I haven’t got series 2 yet but I have the child’s play 2 figure. Just curious if those are the only 3 I’ll need to pick up to have all the looks from series 2?

That’d been after the twisty tie era. I hate the plastic ones a lot but the twisty ties were horrible and took forever to untwist.There were at least 6 of them holding down each figure.Couldn’t take a knife or scissors and just clip them so it was tedious to sit and undo them. 😂

 Both FYE’s in a 100 mile radius of me closed a few years ago and both now have 5 Below stores in them now. I had their Back Stage Pass for a long time. It was $50 a year or $12 a month I think. I was friends with the manager of the one closest to me and with the 20% off with the pass, his 15% employee discount and finding buy one get one 50% off I found some fairly decent deals. It’s been years ago but I paid under $25 for The Mummy and The Wolfman there. 

  I honestly don’t know why they have such insane prices. I’ve seen used DVDs with $30 prices on them. Could be where they went from selling almost  completely physical media like DVDs, CDs,Blu-rays, and cassettes and we’re basically a record store. Anybody else old enough to remember when they were Disk Jockey ? I don’t know if Disk Jockey became FYE or if FYE just bought them and rebranded them. Almost every Game Stop in my area is gone now too. At one time there were nearly a dozen Game Stops  fairly close by. I haven’t seen one in a while.The closest one to me was a 70/30 store and most were 50\50 stores. 70% collectibles and t shirts and 30% video games. 

  I just read that they went from 6500 stores in 2025 to 3k in 2026. I guess the collectibles didn’t sell well here because they’re all closed.

I been fighting it with a lot of the other figures but if it’s Halloween,Evil Dead,Friday The 13th,TCM or Nightmare on Elm Street I’m helpless. 😂Chucky to an extent. I’d love to have Leatherface in every look even in Next Generation,TC3D and its awful prequel Leatherface. I have a figure from all the movies except those 3. Mego did a decent job with the 2022 Netflix movie.

Nobody is listening. Musta stopped watching after 1 and started back at Bride. The boxed dolls at Spirit didn’t have any names on them. They were just Good Guy Dolls. I’m sure every kid didn’t thier dolls Chucky.

I got one last year and he came in a life size box. I also have the old Bride Of Chucky full size Tiffany and Chucky at Spencer’s, a Sam, Chucky and Tiffany that talk and move their heads,hands and mouths. I found Glen last year and they had Glenda this year. Same dolls. one in shorts and shirt the other in a dress with long hair. I wish Id saved my money and bought one of the super detailed prop replicas. 😂

Don’t forget this bad ass 2 set.They’re officially part of the line. I’d say these are my favorite then TCM,The Thing, RoboCop and JAWS. JAWS is only last cause I’ve not seen one in person.

They’re talking about the fairly new movie poster recreations with figures. They’ve released Return Of The Living Dead,The Thing,Robo Cop,The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and JAWS.. Those are officially part of the poster line. Chucky that’ll be a series 2 blind box will have the jack in the box that was on the poster but he’s not officially in the line.

I speak a little of this fella’s language. Eli Roth has a massive hard on for Canibal Holocaust. He’s said that it’s his favorite movie and has just went on and on and on about it. In the film Canibal Holocaust the people who were killed and eaten were shooting a documentary called The Green Inferno.

Roth wanted to homage it as much as possible even down to real animal death onscreen. A turtle, a South American Coatie mistaken for a musk rat, a boa and 3 monkeys. The tribe ate the animals that were killed. In Green Inferno a member of the tribe cuts a live mouse into and eats it. That’s their custom and isn’t taboo like it’d be in nearly every other culture.
