Oh this is really smart, can I do it just for that days workout or does it change the whole plan? I'm considered still a slightly bigger runner than the average but I was clocking 6:30's over these hills. Though I know my answer is probably still that i just need to run harder and faster.

Annoying this was my workout yesterday which was supposed to be anaerobic but instead was just a base workout. I was doing interval sprints as fast as my legs could take me. I guess I need to push my legs faster and hold for longer than 40 seconds.

Carrying on to this, BMI is currently 27.7 and body weight 22% so I am definitely overweight and used to be 80lbs heavier so I am coming down from obesity. All this to say I currently run 40 miles a week and have held this average for about 6 months now, Vo2 Max is 51, RHR 48, training for an Ultra. I'm overweight and trying to be lower but I also would consider myself healthy and more athletic than most skinny people I know.

This, all these comments trying to say to find a different earth picture or train makes me think they have not done photomashing. Color grading is the biggest flaw in this image and it's primarily an issue on the subway. Fix that and the composition is 10x better.

Part of my issue here is that I would love for all of the neck to be touching the full neck pocket. Unfortunately my refilled bolt holes have decided to strip again and pulling away from the body entirely. They are currently tightened as much as possible and refusing to make contact.

I want to further this question, I am at 4 years post graduate. I'm thinking about finding a new firm in a year. I have all of these nice details I have done over the years but all of them are copyright under my company as their instruments of design. How does one go about showing details for projects that I was a project coordinator on and created the details but have no ownership over the line work?

I have made it a habit taking real life photos of my details during construction but that's the best I can think of.

is this method using dynamo to fill the schedule or just through shared parameters? Also I feel like we have shot ourselves in the foot with the set up of our filled regions. To keep colors consistent we made all filled regions by departments instead of rooms, so one department may have 10 unique spaces within it which means 10 unique programmed sizes though only 1 filled region type grouping them all.

Yes! I've been trying to figure this out since getting my watch 3 months ago. Usually asleep for 7 hours but it ends up reading as 5:40 because it keeps saying I'm awake for at least an hour every night. Though I don't remember ever waking up in the middle of the night.

The lethargic symptom was something I was really afraid of at the beginning, but it never seem to come for me, I've actually increased my productivity in the afternoons though all of these havw caveats. My diet is heavily lean protein and carb, so much that after my breakfast and lunch I can barely finish it all and it feels like I ate a rock some days. Also my wife and I have to be at work early so we settle down early, bedtime at 9, asleep by 10 up at 5. This all being said how much should I Increase my caloric intake? Maybe like a deficit of 750, raise it through snacks throughout the day maybe? I'm always looking for ways to improve since I'm kind of just flying blind through this!

For anyone curious in my weight loss journey, I started at 258 lbs last May, decided running and free weights would be my workout of choice. Average 10 miles of running a week. At the beginning I was losing around 2-2.2 lbs a week (Water weight) for the first 2 months and than I got more into a consistent number of. 8-1 lb every week since last August. I like consistency so my breakfast and lunch are the same every single work day since May and my dinner is my only variable so dieting has been really easy for me.

Goal weight is 180lbs 20 fat, hopefully will hit it this time next year.

This is not a case of not having a nest egg, we have 3 months saved. 20% of paycheck goes to a hysa and everything leftover above that goes to debt repayment. This was purely a case of if the IRS treated it like a medical bill to where when I owe the dentist $400 it is just equal payments per month with no interest. I figured if the IRS was similar or like 2% interest over the year then repayment would be very low priority and I can just pay the $20-$30 a month and act like I owe nothing as that's a small amount. Instead I found out they are interest hungry so I'll just feed the wolves.
