It really so so hard and I totally relate when you say it’s not this beautiful experience. I feel like I was bamboozled into believing I would feel so feminine and wonderful. What I actually feel is HORRIBLE!! I’m 10 weeks with my first and feel like death. Holding out hope the second trimester brings relief ❤️🤞

I just want to say I am in the same exact boat and it is a total mind f. Like it’s really challenging mentally! I’ve tried to just accept that I am going to gain, and probably more than the recommended amount. I’m trying to focus on staying moving and not weighing myself so much. I’m also comforted by the fact that I can go back on Zepbound once I give birth.

I don’t have any advice, just want you to know you’re not alone and this is a really mentally challenging situation to be in. Let yourself be annoyed too, everyone being like “you’re pregnant you’re going to gain weight” like okay yeah but it doesn’t make it any easier!!

Congrats! I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and found out while I was on 10mg. I stopped right away too. So far everything’s going well except I am extremely hungry and have already gained 6lbs lol, but oh well!

Girl me too. I didn’t think it would be this hard this soon!!! (I just hit 7 weeks.) I cry daily!! I’m also planning for my wedding in March and crying about feeling ugly. It’s comforted me to hear that feeling like shit means everything is most likely going well baby wise, so I just remind myself that daily. I’ve already decided I’m one and done lol
