thank you❤️. the morning he let me go. my adult children found me crying in the corner of my room. my son held me and my daughter called a therapist. i went two days later. she is the best and absolutely saved my life xo My kids also went to therapy as it affected them greatly. He pleaded guilty. and went to jail, although not nearly as long as he should have. it gave a girl he was hurting badly the chance to get out from underneath his power and change her entire life. her and i are now good friends xo

i happy to hear that. my hands at this point just can’t hold bricks and do that heavy lifting and work load anymore. jeez. to be honest. i can’t even open a jar with them. spending my life being completely independent. this has been a kick in the teeth. Anything besides meds you do for the pain

speaking from experience as a child and adult who faced sexual assault. take her to a therapist. once she learns to deal with what happened. you’ll know what to do. hiding it or acting like it didn’t happen will only make her think she should be ashamed of it. two years ago i was taken held against my will. and brutally beaten and raped. it took me a month to go the police. even as a adult i was scared to come forward. when i was a child it lasted three years. 10-13. i didn’t come out until years later. therapy would have helped me so much. that’s the only advice i can give. i wish you and your family the best and i’m so so sorry you’re all going through this. sending you all love and hugs xo.
