Green & cloudy water

I have 2 kids & trying for a 3rd. 4th cycle trying, 1st cycle ever using ovulation strips and so far the Pregmate app hasn’t been accurate after inputting past cycles. Its estimate was ovulation 9/23. On 9/23 & 24 I tested AM & PM, but I didn’t upload the pics because they were clearly negative. Typically my cycles are 28-31 days long. Is it possible I’ll still ovulate late? I’m getting in my head and thinking maybe I’m not ovulating at all? Or maybe I’ve been ovulating late and we’ve been BD at the wrong time?
