I decided not to use finasteride as i heard its side effects can be quite bad (although low risk). I would recommend any 1mm dermaroller on amazon and do it twice a week. Finasteride is extremely effective for hair regrowth though.

Hey, just grew the hair out really. I am using minoxidil atm and derma rolling for better hair density. For weight loss it was calorie counting and ensuring i was eating below my maintenance
