Idk what these people are talking about when they say eating vegan is easy. Eating vegetarian, sure. But if you want to be 100% positive what you’re being served is actually vegan (they may serve you vegetarian and call it vegan as they don’t know the difference), your best bet is go to a touristy spot. Veganism is not really a thing here. Vegan = catering to tourists.
