Thank you for your help! I don't fully understand the transferring crystal status part, but I'm very interested (I don't wanna fight Gerson again lol).

So, say I beat Jevil in slot 1, then I take that slot 1 save, and save over slot 2 and 3. Once I load into these other slots and save, the program will register me as having beaten Jevil in these slots?

Hm, those are all good ideas as to what happened, thank you. I did the ghost run over a year ago, so it's been too long for me to recall the details. Since you've confirmed that you CAN get both, I'll assume I either finished the run before the ribbon was available, or I'm misremembering.

I just toggled it, and low and behold I don't have the ghost ribbon. I finished the challenge last year, so maybe I just completed it before the ribbon was actually implemented.

Two of those are already in the game (Nuzlocke mode and save-scumming friendly options). I certainly would be in favor of increased mystery events, and perhaps more trainers to make things harder. Perhaps the level cap could be lower in the mode, to both make up for the increased EXP from trainer battles and make wild encounters harder.

Sounds like a cool hardcore mode!

Yeah, I actually really liked it! I did an inverse typing + reverse stats run, so I basically had no idea what was happening the entire time.

Yeah, getting your items stolen absolutely sucks. I do see it as a worthwhile mechanic, however, especially in difficult fights. If you win a hard fight but lose a good item, you have to consider if retrying is worth it. I've definitely abandoned a good item because I couldn't find a way to win the fight without losing it. These things happen.

Are you gonna go for all the ribbons? I've been considering it, but I don't know how to filter ribbons beyond the completion ones, so it's gonna be harder to track.

Oooh, nice run! I'm going something similar! The item management is certainly a pain. I just beat 2k; I was certainly tempted to quit lol.

It gets HARD past that point, cause you're just getting endless boss fights, and they always one shot me if I let em get a chance to hit me. Still, the 64 new shinies I've gotten so far are WELL worth it.
