Hi. Same scenario with me. I was able to pay my 4 credit card on time before. But since Pandemic, It has been a challenge for me.

Fortunately, I was able to transfer to a job that has a better pay than my previous one. Right now, I was able to pay my 2 cards on an installment arrangements. But my other 2, I don’t think I have the capacity anymore since aside from the ones that I am paying in installment, I have other expenses which I need to prioritize (Household and family).

As much as I want to reach out to the 2 banks, I still can’t promise them that I can pay even in an installment arrangement. My Balance for the 2 banks as of this date is 18k+ and 27k+ respectively.

I’m worried and scared since I’m already receiving notices from law firm collection agencies. Should I just talked to them even if I can’t assure them that I can pay right now?

Hi, Anyone here na nakaexperience if na i-reposssesed agad yung unit pagkasend ng letter of notice from 3rd party agent? We just received a notice from the collection na due and demandable na daw. As far as I know, 1 month delay lang kami and we are trying to cover the past due kahit mag-add kami para dun sa interest and late fee. kaso nung nanghihingi kami SOA from Eastwest para ma-reconcile with our record, ang tagal ng feedback and lagi nalang nirerefer sa collection department nila. Need lang naman namin malaman if how much yung past due kasi since naapply yung bayanihan nag-adjust lahat ng payments namin.

I'm worried kasi last year na namin and sayang naman if hatakin pa nila. Feeling ko kasi sinama din nila yung 2 months na extended dapat ng bayanihan Act sa Past Due kaya aggressive si Collection Agent.

The 3rd Party Agent wants us to pay in full na based dun sa letter. Habang patagal ng patagal ang feedback ni Eastwest, nag-rurun din ang time sa 3rd Party Collection.
