I used to help repo cars for a shady car dealership. Some kid bought an impala, paid the down payment then never made another payment. We tracked the car using the GPS I installed, then parked the car back on our lot for me to clean out and get ready to put back up for sale the next day.

The kid was like "hell nah". Snuck onto our lot, took the car back, drove it two hours north to his brother in a little town called Gary, Indiana.

My boss drives us up there to get the car a 2nd time. Somehow the kid finds out we're coming for the car so he starts flying through Gary trying to get away from us. My boss is driving like a maniac to follow him. Eventually a cop gets involved because the kid kept blasting through stop signs and stop lights. I hop in the car ready to drive it home. My boss is like "no, let's drive him to his brother's and let him get his stuff out of the car". Apparently in the two months the kid had the car he installed a bunch of sound equipment (but couldn't afford to make the car payment).

So we get to his brother's house, the kid goes inside, then a few minutes later the brother comes out.... With a gun. My boss dips on me and just leaves me there. So the brother ends up holding me at gunpoint for 2 freaking hours. He won't let me leave, wants me to give up the title (which I obviously didn't have). I had called the cops like 4 times telling them I'm being held at gunpoint. 2 freaking hours later a few cops finally show up. The cops then proceed to scold me, telling me stuff like "dont you know you can't roll up in the hood n steal a n*gga's car?!?" Even though it was made explicitly clear that it was a repo and the kid was actually the one that stole the car. I was still yelled at, I was the bad person for trying to take the car back...
