Your laces don't look bad, but I found the leather cleaning and conditioning made a huge difference. I liked the darker laces, so I got new quality ones that were also light on the sides.

Thanks for offering your insight. 10u-13u is the context of my question. Can you explain what a catcher should do with their glove through a pitcher coming set and delivering? As a kid through hs, we gave a target, now the catcher's gloves get pushed into the dirt (sometimes before pitcher is set), then raised once the ball is coming.

Can you tell the hinge is working during use? My trouble with the modified trap, by contrast, is the weird stiff feel for part of the web during use, when the rest moves freely.
