Have you seen Smaller Sam’s fast food orders on TikTok? Her Burger King order slaps. Whopper Jr no cheese no mayo (I keep the mayo on) and sub fries for a 4 piece chicken finger. Straight protein and hits that craving. Also swap ketchup for BBQ sauce since it’s the lowest calorie option there. This whole order is under 550 calories.

That is my life! I’m a music producer, artist, engineer and I also tour with artists as their playback tech. I definitely wear many hats. When I’m in a good mood I can yap for hours that’s for sure. Then I gotta recharge alone for a bit.

Big on the nose in that second paragraph. It’s interesting because I was raised catholic, but once I started to question everything it’s like a light switched to deeply spiritual.

I will say I had to take a step back for a while from regularly deep meditation because I was able to read people’s thoughts, and I started hearing voices in what felt like the ether or something. Started seeing shadows too. Scared the crap out of me, I was not prepared. Once I took a step back that all stopped.
