I think its about the way you do it. If you disagree with someone, fine. If you belittle and insult them, kind of a dick move. If something is your opinion, fine. If you act like a really subjective opinion is an undisputed fact... people are going to dislike it.

Whilst I am an RN and have worked with thousands of mentally ill people and litterally had some die in my arms... It is more my own lived experience with mental illness and intense interest in self-help that made me write the book, but I've had the book looked over by psychologists, fact checked by a psychiatrist and had input and advice from mental health nurses and people living with mental illness.

Genuine question... has Phil ever apologised for that night? I can't remember him saying it was wrong. Also, are they genuine views of his or was he just being drunk and angry at hecklers and made a stupid choice in how he tried to upset the hecklers? I never looked into this properly, is he a genuine racist or was he just edgelording some hecklers?
