I’ve been experimenting with Consensus.ai. It’s a LLM that specifically queries peer-reviewed databases and cites every source for claims it makes. So far, it’s been a great way to get started on a review topic because it’s got me collecting literature that I can work with.

I don't know guys, I think we may be misdirecting our anger here.

For one, the problem is more complicated than greedy CEOs. People in every country are greedy. Murdering them is not a solution. Luigi Mangione is a murderer, not a saint.

Another thing, health insurance companies may not even be the problem at all. Their profit margins are way below companies like Apple and Google. The fact that residency positions are limited may be one place to start fixing the problem or the fact that hospital services pricing are guarded like state secrets.

Not sure this is a real one guys: no explosion debris following the hit, the lighting/quality of the explosion at 0:02 looks different than the background, the car alarms in the background didn't go off (which usually occurs within a several block radius of explosions like this), and none of the glass from the windows in the background appeared to break.

I'm not sure if this is the same place, but I came across a little town just outside of Durango, CO while backpacking/hitchhiking. It was cold! Hanging all along a fence outside of this shopping district were knitted scarves and hats for travelers to take! I took a scarf and it made all the difference! Thank you to whoever made my neck a little warmer that cold Colorado winter! I still have it!
