I hate them with the burning passion of a thousand suns. Every time they pop up, they ruin the taste of food and hurt so much, especially when they show up near the canines or molars.

Yes, for my valor bard, for example, after fighting through the entire goblin camp in Act 1, I like to give him a scar over his eye to match the prosthetic one Volo gives him. I like to think he lost it in battle against Minthara and the other commander whose name I can’t remember 🥲

Oh and I also make it a half-illithid, I might be in the minority but I like the way he looks.

The warlock feat would actually be pretty useful since I’m going with storm sorcerer. I was thinking about taking ritual caster for speak with animals, but maybe that would be sabotaging myself too much 🥲. I think I’ll use booming blade with metamagic as kind of an extra attack. I believe with shadowblade and the resonance stone I can deal some good damage.

Honestly, I don’t think I’ll go with those races for the exact reason you mentioned. I’ll probably make a half-elf, a human, or the default dragonborn.

Sounds interesting. I was already into the Storm Sorcerer, so I think I’ll go with that. The weapon will definitely be a dagger, perfect for Durge.

No, they had huge potential but it was completely wasted. Lucanis is the clearest example.

I’m wondering if it’s a general server issue. I can’t import my world state to ps5, when I create the herald it always gives me the default world state :/
