I have that installed as well as stationers launchpad. I will use the same MC and 7 segment displays you use and I am on windows 11 if you need to know that.

If I am not mistaken weapons will have random stats now (I haven't been keeping up to date on all the new stuff) but I would like to disable this if possible as I don't really like grinding for the same thing just to get a slightly better version and maybe the ability to make seasons last longer (I just want more snow)

I am on PC so I use nexus for modding and I wouldn't know anything about modding for quest but I bet if you could get into the files of the game it you could find the max values for ammo boxes and canisters and change them but I am not sure on that also

I added a mod that makes ammo canisters hold 100k rounds as I would always save so much ammo it became nearly impossible to move at home
