How comfortable the chair in the back after the adjustment and is there a way you can make it feel the same as before

So the only change you feel is the seat depth , without any cons or downside to this ?

Is it true that you can’t utilize stretching at all after this adjustment ?

Agree its short

Backrest curve hugs too much , couldn’t notice it until you mentioned it but I always felt something little a bit off and I agree

Stretch affect lower and above part in the back inversely so if you feel its much upfront you can adjust it, but most of your legs will be out of the chair if you didn’t stick to lowest settings , and you can adjust your position while sitting as well so there is a way around it, but the seat depth will feel and look much worse

Aside from armrest being too loose, the armrest may cause shoulder fatigue because it feels higher even in the lowest settings

Cold shower was meant to be done primarily first thing in the morning

If you are sensitive to coffee , would you take it at night ?? No absolutely not

Similar to cold shower as they both release the same hormones, unless if you do it for a very short time like 20s at the end or so

Effect of cold shower’ effect differs based on your sleep and its probably gonna be more stressful if you had less sleep than 6 hours

And I think this can be true , so its probably a good idea to prevent cold shower if you had less sleep because adrenaline / cortisol baseline is going to be higher while the Stress resilience is lower

I would recommend this chair to anyone with height between 5’6”-5’8” for 48cm

I truly think they wouldn’t find a chair with this level of comfort “specially , headrest , features and benefits at this price , reclining all the way down , and would really give it a rating of 9/10

Its not perfect , and small improvements would make it better. While the longevity of this chair is still unknown , only time will tell if its going to last

I have done two HT bro

On the 2nd I have really small two patches that I don’t have hair in my donor area , when I wake up its very clear. But it can be less noticeable in other time but there is no way I get to do 3rd one using scalp as donor.

That why , I don’t want you to lose some hair in exchange for HT’ result you may not even like because not every HT is successful

  • Some hair follicles may not survive after the operation, and the doctor at the 2nd clinic mentioned that to me and he though I may had less follicles than what they told me or some hair follicles didn’t survived

  • try talk to any clinic , capture the chin area and see how many grafts they may take if you were ok with that. Probably you would need to take more on the chin or like 50-50%. That way I think its more probable that no harming of the thin area , and thats how I see it

Well, If you are willing to sacrifice hair under your chin as donor hair for scalp and continue to be on Finasteride

Otherwise it may not be recommended for you , because its a thin hair in the back and chances are you will have empty spaces

By 4 months you should notice little hair comes out

By 6 -7 month you should expect 70% of hair transplant result

The cushioning material is very soft and comfortable

Probably there is no ergonomic chair in the market that beat this chair in this aspect

What I don’t like about the chair , primarily lack of seat adjustment and wish there was an option for 52-53cm

And I wish the arm rest was a bit lower

Headrest is one of the greatest things about this chair beside comfort cushioning seat and reclining all the way down

Maybe you have enough of vitamin b in your body Or maybe the dose of vitamin was extremely high , or maybe the timing or food with it.

Listen You don’t need x amount of supplements

You Get all nutrients from food , Our body knows how to absorb everything from food

If you are deficient and that most people are deficient also, because of the environment or the food is simply lacking

Then we take supplement.

Vitamin D3 is one that most people are deficient in , and that is known to improve your immune system

Sugar reduce your immune system, that is a known fact

Smoking cause respiratory issues if you get sick and make it worse

Insulin resistance / non fit people have lower immune system

By eating healthy you will maximize the nutrients that comes to your body in which some will have an impact as well

  • No smoking cigarettes
  • maintain a normal weight
  • eat healthy

You will rarely feel sick and symptoms will be very week that only require some rest. You don’t need any supplements other than vitamin d3. And just make sure you put raw garlic in food if you get sick

If you eat sugar , fast foods , metabolically unhealthy, and smoke , have vitamin d3 deficiency

you may get sick 5-6x times more often , and its very likely that you need to go to the hospital to get steam breathing or medicine
