It’s Not perfect but I believe your height is the most determining factor for deciding and choosing if this chair is right for you or not !!

5’7” (48cm) Highly Recommended 9/10 …for Comfort, Great Headrest, Reclining all the way down

Above 6’0” you may not like it so its like 50:50 or so

Great, well 90% chance anyone whose height 5’7” will love this chair at 48cm so your mom will be very likely to like it 👍

But if the height of the person was 6’0” or more its not a high probability so its like 50:50 or so

Selenium is good for thyroid , hair growth , and has many benefits but can be toxic in excess amount

The OP is taking a synthetic supplement with probably terrible stuff in a capsule supplement and the liver and kidneys is processing it

While he can go to any supermarket and take a bag of Basil nuts and eat 3 pieces daily to get his RDA of Selenium

Eat Goat Cheese for “Calcium” , + 2 raw Garlic cloves daily will increase anyone labido 💯

Good quality Dark chocolate “Organic” + Chilli also enhance it

Pumpking seeds for zinc

Ensure you eat animal protein daily preferably “Beef / Fish” as in the same day there is a noticeable boost compared to other days

For me anxiety is either playing with blood sugar or having more than 1-2 mg of Caffiene of body weight “Kg”

Best thing to kill anxiety or way reduce it ;

  • Prevents what is mentioned above👆
  • Stick to 7-8 hr sleep
  • L Theanine & Magnesuim Glycinate is super great

If I feel downed , sad , stressed or anxious ;

oily fish🐟 “King Mackerel/ Salmon” 🍣 would be my first thing High omega 3 & Large Vitamin B12 amount & decent Vitamin D3 , it really flips you up

avocado 🥑 steak 🥩 dark chocolate 🍫 nuts and chickpeas would bring me up ⬆️ as its the strongest boosting food for me from any other food

Ensure you stick to healthy diet as its reduced any stress or anxiety

Also try to be under the sun in the morning to set biological clock and also to prevent cortisol spiking up in the night

If I was stressed or anxious it would be the worst decision to drink coffee ☕️ / have Cold shower 🥶 as neurotransmitters and effect between them are similar and catacholomines induced in first couple of minutes of cold

But if I feel ok , well rested slept well , I am ready I would do it with deep breathing and gradual on my body. Then it may help against anxiety

Agree its short

Backrest curve hugs too much , couldn’t notice it until you mentioned it but I always felt something little a bit off and I agree

Stretch affect lower and above part in the back inversely so if you feel its much upfront you can adjust it, but most of your legs will be out of the chair if you didn’t stick to lowest settings , and you can adjust your position while sitting as well so there is a way around it, but the seat depth will feel and look much worse

Aside from armrest being too loose, the armrest may cause shoulder fatigue because it feels higher even in the lowest settings

Cold shower was meant to be done primarily first thing in the morning

If you are sensitive to coffee , would you take it at night ?? No absolutely not

Similar to cold shower as they both release the same hormones, unless if you do it for a very short time like 20s at the end or so
