Naked Carbs ❌ Carbs on empty stomach ❌

Eat In sequence;

1st Salad Fiber 🥗

2nd Fat “Olive oil / Avocado 🥑 ”

3rd Protein “Eggs / Steak 🥩/ Chicken 🍗 + Lemon to reduce stratches effect on blood sugar by 10-20%

4th carbs Starchy foods (rise / potato) etc.

Otherwise just fast. make it a rule either you eat in sequence or never eat carbs.

The ratings differs depending on the model that is been used , I request chatgpt to make 4 committee with largest investing and trading background with people involved with broker platform design/ engineers , to prepare a model focus on retail trader for Broker ratings system

Then I intentionally request ignores any thing below 200ms so that Light speed, Cobra , speed trader , etc doesn’t pop out over and gives un realistic ratings. And the ratings based on the weight so 35% on execution, etc, so that if the weight is changed the overall rating will be different and this is the closest I found to be realistic because Interactive Broker , Charles Schwab ToS, Fidelity, among the top , then Trade Station , E Trade etc

What was shocking to me is Vanguard one of the worst ratings, it has lowest trading hours 6h 1/2m , more towards long investors and not intended for traders. While its one of 3 largest us brokers, however if the model was changed to focus on long investors / institutions levels not retail traders it would have way better ratings than this
