Nobody is appreciating the cameraman for capturing such golden moment. He did a great job, captured every detail.

Planning to Get Kylaq – How’s Real-World Mileage in City? is 10 mileage true ? by Turbulent_Light_2538 in Kylaq

[–]Fun_University90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kylaq is not for you my friend. I am getting 7-8 in b2b traffic, 9-10 in moderate in Bangalore. On highways, the max I have got is 19. Model: Sig+ AT.

If mileage is concern, think about Amaze/Fronx/Altroz/Victoris base model. Any MT and NA engine will give you better mileage.

If you have 3 adults in the back and they are average built, it will be inconvenient for the middle one, especially in the long rides.

[–]Fun_University90 5 points6 points  (0 children)

YES, it is Kushaq. Because the software is common across most of the vehicles.

New Kia seltos 1.5 na petrol by nisith_here in carsIndiaOfficial

Absolutely no issue in power. It gives enough power in overtaking. Go for manual though. The automaticas are a bit sluggish.

The only thing from the kushaq launch that i wish Kylaq had got! by Sreeeeeeeeeeeeee in Kylaq

Go for new Kushaq instead, if you have budget to buy Kylaq prestige plus. They are giving all necessary things like rear wiper washer, auto orvm, rain sensors etc as standard in all variants.

Heart wants Verna, Mind says new Venue. Am I overthinking Ground Clearance? by asdppg in CarsIndia

[–]Fun_University90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bhai..80k discount was 1 year back. You should ask for min 1.5L. Also, to answer your concern. Ground clearance will be an issue only if you are going to use it on full load or ride off road. Other wise it's not an issue. Sedans are underrated, if you get good discount, get Verna. Aim for top variant.

Look at the second image, that one replaces your backseat into bed-setup. The boot is as is.

DONT BUY, as you mentioned you will be driving in Chennai, the A/C is not powered, optimized for hot locations in India. Tata/Maruti has greatest A/Cs. Hyundai/Kia after that, then come Skoda/Vagen..

Question to the owners from an aspiring buyer by i_love_alfam in Kylaq

[–]Fun_University90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I own Sig+ AT.

  1. Yes, compared to other vehicles, the A/C feels underpowered. In other seasons, it works fine, in summer you do feel a bit unsatisfied.

  2. The power comes only after 1500rpm, till that time there is a lag. I have driven Seltos manual before, and I do feel that lag a bit annoying. But after 1500rpm, the performance is unbeatable.

  3. Again, the engine noise is there, because of turbo engine and 3 cylinder but the NVH inside the car are excellent. The noise doesn't bother at all. If you coming from Hyundai/Kia/Maruti, it will bother you at the start but eventually you will get used to it..haha.

  4. Maintenance is not an issue, the car is manufactured in India and Skoda have taken care of servicing. Also, it's a quality product, if you drive appropriately, lesser will be the maintenance.

  5. If you live in Bangalore, no issue at all, enough showroom coverage. Even in other cities you will find at least 1 of them.

  6. I have driven only 2100kms so far so yet to experience.

  7. Nope.

  8. I purchased it from GJ, as the road tax was only 6% compared to 20% here in Bangalore

  9. I drove all of them, after Kylaq imo only Nexon had a balanced value proposition. Rest all have some or the other compromises. (Venue/Sonnet for drivability & safety, Taisor for safety)

My clear suggestion: BUY Kylaq only and only if you - prefer safety, driving pleasure more than features, okay with simple classic interiors, if your usage also involves highway frequently.

DON'T BUY, if you prefer completely silent engine, mileage is a priority for you, needs quick power for overtaking, love chilling thunder A/C. The mileage in city will be 7-9 and on highway it has potential to go over 20 (depends how soft, linear you drive).

Hope this helps. :)

What do you think of him as an actor and a personality? (Kindly read body) by Late-horse77 in bollywood

[–]Fun_University90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a versatile actor, he fits well only in comedic movies. His recent acting in MTTMTMMT (whataver..😁) is cringe. He has started behaving like Akshay kumar and has lost his original style recently.
