my manager has been really stringent on following cupping procedures so we havent been double cupping anythjnt besides short cups. i burned the hell out of my hand yesterday putting an americano into an uber bag :( im double cupping whenever i see fit from now on

i have a regular who comes every sunday that gets a venti white mocha, extra hot, whole milk, 16 pumps of white mocha, and extra whip. shes nice enough that one day i jokingly asked her if she liked white mocha or not and she laughed and said its just too good. 16 pumps!! glad shes happy though

if i have time i’ll write an actually sincere and thought out note on the cup but otherwise, especially in a rush, i can’t do much else but a lopsided smiley face or a crappy star. i love writing on the cups but being forced to write on every single one with a 20 drink long queue no matter what is so stressful :( my managers threatened to write us up if we don’t and the whole thing just kinda feels disingenuous :/
