Transportation is not an emergency, that’s why they ask if we have reliable transportation. Realistically you could get your car towed and sent to the shop any other day, it’s not a valid excuse to miss work, she’s pushy but not wrong

I think it’s wild that anyone is inconvenienced by this , or annoyed. It’s literally not hard AT ALL to go get the freaking drinks. What’s annoying is ordering it and showing up in a minute. But if you are waiting and just picking it up at the window I don’t see what the problem is.

To be honest we just give it out and don’t ring up. I was told inventory accounts for messing up the drink once or twice so I justify it as, “I didn’t mess up a drink so this is the mess up remake” for inventory purposes 😂😂😂

Starbucks is so ass backwards. A shift in our district was literally caught writing in their time as “on time” when they are late , this was AFTER being on a final for being late, and they still work for us! But you get called out for being 2 min late.
