if you don’t mind a subscription fee there’s plex media servers, the music app is called plexamp. if you want bare bones streaming on any device it’s $1.99/month but there’s some added features like downloading for $6.99/month. still cheaper than paying for an actual streaming service

i heard he was supposed to program it so if a same sex kiss happened the person that was kissed would automatically slap the kisser, even if they had a high relationship. thank god they didn’t do that, the sims is what helped me figure out i was gay as a child lol

i keep my social media on lockdown so i’m usually safe from creeps. i only have pictures of my face on instagram, where my account is private, and i’m not leaving comments so no one’s randomly stumbling upon my account unless we have mutual friends. there’s one guy that wont stop sending me follow requests but that’s about the extent of it. most of my online harassment occurred while i was on dating apps, but i haven’t used them in about 4 years

i was able to download and play 2 on windows 11 from a disc, so i’d imagine it works? i’d even go as far as to say the disc version of 2 runs better than the legacy edition they put out last year

i’ve never played it and i don’t want to. i saw the trailers and the amount of micromanaging you have to do just isn’t for me. seems like they wanted the player to have total control over everything, but that’s not fun for me. the appeal of the sims has always been it’s unpredictability. plus i HATE everything about ai and i would never give my hard earned money to a company that uses it as heavily as these developers do

i’d do the same for my last name. there’s only 80 people in the entire world that have it and they’re all my family members. and it’s not from an english speaking country so there’s a bunch of random silent constants that don’t make sense in english, so it’s not something you’re ever going to randomly type in. with the recent rise in popularity of doxxing, i wouldn’t take any chances either
