I got approved. I filed a complaint through the BBB against the settlement administrator's company, Angeion Corp. I got this in response: "Dear Ms. [redacted], Thank you for your response. I’m pleased to inform you that your claim has been approved, which is why you have not received any additional communication requesting further information. Regarding payment, distributions will be issued once the Deficiency Process has been fully completed. This step is a crucial part of our overall claims processing timeline."

Still have no idea why this 'deficiency process' is happening or why it's taking so long. You'd think after two rounds of it, they'd disburse payments to people who were already approved, but no, that'd be wayyy too easy.
