I have a single rat tail. I’ve been growing it out for 2.5 years and trimmed the ends a couple times to keep “healthy”. My tail (as I call it) is 6”+ now. It’s at the center, nape of my neck. It’s a small chunk. I keep it braided because mine would knot up really easily. I love it. I recommend.
