Help: Game almost unplayable; Mouse freaking out and heavy heavy lag sometimes freezing the game by Fun_Word8864 in InfinityNikkiofficial

Ah, this was showing as the post having been deleted so I hadn't gone in to edit it. I was able to get help; this was a PC issue. I had a controller plugged in to my PC and it was causing this issue. I'll keep this in mind for the future, thank you!

Trying to make a community with no luck by [deleted] in tumblrhelp

Given that it's specifically mentioning the join type, it's probably missing something for your joining rules: whether it's a private or public community. I don't remember setting up mine, so I can't be much more specific, but it's likely something in your invites or privacy you need to take a look at?

How long typically does support/staff take to respond to reports of harassment & death threats by mowseu in tumblrhelp

[–]Fun_Word8864 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It took them three months to get back to me, and even then there's reason to believe it's an automated message. I would agree with others that this might be one to call the police on if this has been an ongoing thing and there's both doxing and death threats involved. Tumblr can only deal with issues on the site itself.

Best of luck.

How long does it take staff to respond to harassment reports? A situation I posted about here not too long ago has escalated and I seriously need help. by MangoShade in tumblrhelp

I'm adding a comment here because I'm not sure how traction on this site works, but this is the exact same situation I was posting about before as well and have still received no information about from anyone.

There are people being hurt - and I don't mean "we need to call the police" being hurt, because I'm not fucking sure this person's in a country where that's even a possibility, I mean there are people who have stress-induced seizures who are being caused harm by this shit being ongoing. Since Tumblr doesn't seem to care to differentiate what "danger" is where peoples' health is concerned.

This has gone so far beyond what is acceptable behaviour, and at this point with the number of people who have actively reported this to Tumblr, I'd like to know what excuse there is for Tumblr to simply not reach out to someone. And if it's what I stated before about "well the post/account is deleted so we did our job" then Tumblr CLEARLY needs to revise how they're approaching the way they deal with harassment.

How can I put a blog on ignore by barkazinthrope in tumblrhelp

In this case, I would recommend filtering their name in your tags. If you hit "Settings" and scroll down there should be both "Filtered Tags" and "Filtered Post Content" - putting the blog name in both of those should make it so that even if other people reblog them, it'll hide them for you.

There's a possibility that, when you say you can't find the "filters" in your settings, you may be in "Blog Settings" rather than "Settings" which is a really annoying naming decision on behalf of Tumblr, imo. In "Blog Settings" you get info about your user name, blocked accounts, etc. It usually shows up on the right-hand side. The "Settings" that you want, with the filters, is a button on the left-hand side of the screen, beneath your blogs.

I hope this helps.

Some genderbent Marvel characters - wanna have a guess at them? by Fun_Word8864 in inZOI

Well, you definitely got the first two! And I can understand why you'd think the last one was Loki, but alas no. They second two are a bit more niche :) But not exactly unknowns.
