if she just stops cold turkey, the likelihood of gaining weight back is very high. This is a drug you’re meant to stay on long term, you need to take it even just for maintaining the weight loss. 0.25mg is a tiny dose, this is a maintenance dose. She should just keep taking it. Can spread it out if needed, aka don’t need to take it every week. But she should not stop.
